There are 3 membership options:
- ECoP Venous Society Membership.
Any society / association that focus mainly on Phlebology and develop actual activities within this specialized medical field can apply for “ECoP Venous Society Membership”.
To apply for ECoP membership for your society, please complete the Venous societies registration form as provided below.
Applications shall be reviewed by the ECoP board and hall pay an annual fee of € 250,00 to have their registration completed.
Registration for Venous Societies - ECoP Individual Membership
Individuals who are not members of an affiliated society can still apply for “ECoP Individual Membership” To apply for ECoP Individual Membership, please complete the ECoP individual Member registration form as provided below. Applications shall be reviewed by the ECoP board and individual non-affiliated approved members shall pay an annual fee of € 50,00 to have their registration completed.
Registration for Individuals - ECoP Industrial Membership
Industries can apply for “ECoP Industrial Membership”
To apply for ECoP Industrial Membership, please complete the ECoP Industrial Member registration form as provided below.
Applications shall be reviewed by the ECoP board and shall pay an annual fee of €1000,00 to have their registration completed.
Registration for Industries
The benefits for Venous Society and Individual Members are:
- An annual educational meeting, for which members will be offered a 20% reduced registration fee.
- An annual ECoP e-Learning Course, for which members will be offered a 20% reduced registration fee.
- Support education and training in each country in concordance with the UEMS regulations if asked for, such as support for finding locations for hands-on training etc.
- Future plans are:
- Planning European guidelines in close collaboration with member societies.
- Discuss how to improve the collaboration with all European societies like the ICC, EVF, patient organizations and the UEMS structures MJC and EBP.
- Members space for case discussion etc.
The benefits for Industrial Members are:
- An annual ECoP international educational meeting with educational industrial sponsored sessions close to Amsterdam, for which industrial members will be offered a 10 % reduced partnership fee.
- Supporting the annual ECoP e-Learning Course, in which products from industrial members are exposed
- Exposure on the ECoP website, with the option to create direct links to your industrial websites.
- Scientific support to introduce new products in different European countries for MDR registrations.
- Future plans are:
- Planning of Annual European Venous guidelines to create fast and good scientific proof and speed up the implementation of innovations in venous disease.
- Discuss how to improve the collaboration between industries, scientific societies, medical insurance companies and official organs like MedTech, UEMS etc.
